What does gala software cost?
One flat price per event: $199 up to $100,000 raised, $499 up to $1,000,000, and $999 above that. There is no percentage fee on donations — only Stripe’s standard card processing cost.
What do we need in the ballroom?
A screen or projector with a web browser, and your guests’ phones. Table cards carry the QR code. No hardware to hire, no bidding paddles to reprint, no app for guests to install.
Can guests give anonymously?
Yes. Donors choose whether their name appears on the projector, and public screens only ever show a first name and last initial — never a full surname, phone number or email address.
