Yes — the $199 Fundraiser tier covers events raising up to $100,000, which is most school galas and appeal nights. It is one flat price per event, and we take no percentage of what you raise.
Do parents need to download anything?
No. Parents scan a QR code on their table card and give from their phone’s browser — Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, or a pledge to pay later. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Can we still take cash on the night?
Yes. Volunteers can record cash gifts and called-out pledges from their own phones, and those land in the same live total and the same reconciled report as card payments.
Who controls the money raised?
The school does. Payments go directly into your own Stripe account as they are made — Give From Heart never holds your funds, so there is no waiting for a payout after the event.
Can we run it again for next year’s event?
Each event is priced on its own, so a committee can run one gala this year and a bigger one next year without a subscription sitting idle in between. Past event reports stay available.
